We bring extensive real-world leadership experience together with proven Maxwell Leadership methodologies. Our founder earned Maxwell Leadership Coaching and Speaking certifications in 2018 and today serves as a Maxwell Leadership Consultant Founding Partner.

Our approach is grounded in nearly four decades of leadership and program experience across federal aviation, publicly held retailers, public safety, emergency services, and other mission-critical environments. Decades of experience in public safety—including service as a firefighter, paramedic, and fire chief—provide a firsthand understanding of leadership under pressure, organizational transformation, team development, accountability, and decision-making when the consequences matter.

Additional experience in the public retail sector—navigating high‑turnover environments and sustaining performance under constant pressure—adds another dimension to Tandem Ridge’s leadership perspective. Years spent operating in high‑stress sales settings, balancing the expectations of shareholders and the needs of customers, further strengthen our ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and resilience in complex organizational landscapes.
